Exton, PA (Chester County) – July 1, 2019 – Waters Retail Group (Kennett Square, PA), Southeast Pennsylvania’s premier development, management, leasing, and brokerage firm, has secured $28,500,000 in financing for the Fairfield Place Shopping Center in Exton, PA. This permanent loan was funded by Jackson National Life (PPM), and the mortgage broker was M&T Realty Capital Corp. Waters Retail Groups’ Kevin Lahn and Joe Waters represented the Landlord in the transaction.
