PJ Whelihan’s signs lease for 8,500 square feet in the Cross Keys Place in Doylestown, PA

Doylestown, PA (Bucks County) January 25, 2022 – Waters Retail Group (Kennett Square, PA) and Doylestown Real Estate, Inc. (Doylestown, PA) have leased 8,500 square feet of space in the Cross Keys Place Shopping Center to PJ Whelihan’s to be used for a new, freestanding restaurant projected to open in Spring 2023. With 19 locations throughout South Jersey and Pennsylvania, PJ Whelihan’s is well known for its delicious pub fare – including wings with over 10 signature sauces, famous fries, burgers, salads and more! An expansive selection of bottled and draft beers paired with an impressive TV package makes PJ Whelihan’s a great place to watch any sporting event and gather with friends and family.

The 212,000 square foot Cross Keys Place Shopping Center is located in Plumstead Township and is bounded by the Route 611 Bypass, North Easton Road (State Road 611) and Swamp Road (State Road 313). The Shopping Center is currently undergoing a transformation with the relocation and recent opening of a new 72,500 square foot Giant Food store (Carlisle, PA) and the opening of a new 9,720 square foot Five Below store this past Fall. A major renovation of the Shopping Center will begin this Spring and be completed by the end of 2022.
