Exton, PA (Chester County) – October 17, 2022 – Waters Retail Group (Kennett Square, PA), Southeast Pennsylvania’s premier development, management, leasing, and brokerage firm, has leased 1,400 square feet to Nori Poke Bowl to replace Capriotti’s in the Fairfield Place Shopping Center. Kevin Lahn represented the Landlord in this transaction. Nori is scheduled to open Spring, 2023.
