Cozi Swirl signs a lease for 1,550 square feet in the Shoppes at Dilworthtown Crossing in West Chester, Pennsylvania
West Chester, PA (Chester County) – December 20, 2013 – R.J. Waters & Associates, Inc., Southeast Pennsylvania’s premier development, management, leasing, and brokerage firm, has signed a lease for 1,550 square feet of retail space in the Shoppes at Dilworthtown Crossing to Cozi Swirl, who will be opening for business in the Spring, 2014.
The Shoppes at Dilworthtown Crossing is located at the intersection of Route 202 and Dilworthtown Road in West Chester, PA. The 127,822 square foot Shopping Center is anchored by Giant Food and CVS. Other national and regional tenants include: Starbucks, Saladworks, GNC, AT&T, P.J. Whelihan’s and Norman’s Hallmark. R.J. Waters & Associates’ Kevin Lahn represented the landlord in the transaction.
