Kennett Square, PA (Chester County) – July 18, 2013 – R.J. Waters & Associates, Inc., Southeast Pennsylvania’s premier development, management, leasing, and brokerage firm, has leased 5,000 square feet of retail space in the Shoppes at Longwood Village to Norman’s Hallmark. Norman’s, which has 40+ locations in the Metro Philadelphia Area, will be opening its Kennett Square unit in November, 2013.
The Shoppes at Longwood Village is located at the intersection of East Baltimore Pike and Bayard Road in Kennett Square, PA. The 141,940 square foot Shopping Center is anchored by Super Fresh Food Markets, TJ Maxx, Famous Footwear, Staples and Jos. A Bank. R.J. Waters & Associates’ Kevin A. Lahn represented the landlord in the transaction.
