Exton, PA (Chester County) – October 10, 2019 – Waters Retail Group (Kennett Square, PA), Southeast Pennsylvania’s premier development, management, leasing, and brokerage firm, has leased 7,200 square feet to Land’s End (Dodgeville, WI) in the Fairfield Place Shopping Center. Land’s End sells apparel, accessories, footwear, home furnishings, and other merchandise. Kevin Lahn represented the Landlord in this transaction. Land’s End is scheduled to open Spring, 2020.
