Valley Physician Enterprise signs a lease for 2,450 square feet in the Apple Blossom Convenience Center in Winchester, VA.
Winchester, VA (Frederick County) –July 13, 2016 –Waters Retail Group (Kennett Square, PA), Southeast Pennsylvania’s premier development, management, leasing, and brokerage firm, has leased 2,450 square feet of retail space in the Apple Blossom Convenience Center to Valley Physician Enterprise for a primary care physician’s office. Valley Physician Enterprise will begin construction in November and open in the first quarter of 2017.
