Fine Wine & Good Spirits signs a new lease for a 7,981 square feet Premium store at the Shoppes at Kissel Village in Lititz, PA.
Lititz, PA (Lancaster County) – January 19, 2015 – R.J. Waters & Associates, Inc., Southeast Pennsylvania’s premier development, management, leasing, and brokerage firm, has leased 7,981 square feet in the Shoppes at Kissel Village to the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (“PLCB”). The PLCB will be relocating from its current location in the Shopping Center to the former Rainbow Shoppes space in the Summer, 2015 and opening a Premium store.
The Shoppes at Kissel Village is located at the intersection of Route 501 & Peters Road, just south of the Borough of Lititz, PA. The 278,000 square foot Shopping Center is anchored by Target, Giant Food, and CVS. Other tenants include: Cardtique, GNC, Radio Shack, Zounds Hearing Aids, GameStop, Go Wireless, Holiday Hair, UPS, Saladworks, Starbucks and McDonalds. The Center will be adding a Moe’s Southwest Grill and a Papa John’s later this year as well. There is also a 6,500 square foot outpad available for lease. Kevin Lahn of R.J.
