Hunan Cafe signs a new lease for 975 square feet in the Oak Springs Plaza Shopping Center in Warrenton, VA.
Warrenton, VA (Fauquier County) – October 15, 2014 – R.J. Waters & Associates, Inc., Southeast Pennsylvania’s premier development, management, leasing, and brokerage firm, has leased 975 square feet of retail space in the Oak Springs Plaza Shopping Center to Hunan Cafe. This will be Hunan Cafe’s 8th location in Northern Virginia. The restaurant is expected to open in April, 2015.
The Oak Springs Plaza Shopping Center is located at the intersection of Rt. 29 & Blackwell Road in Warrenton, VA. The 122,660 square foot Shopping Center is anchored by Giant Food, Tractor Supply, and Hallmark. R.J. Waters & Associates’ Joe Waters represented the landlord in the transaction.
