AT&T signs a new lease for 2,500 square feet in the F&N Shopping Center in Wilmington, Delaware
Wilmington, DE (Newcastle County) – October 15, 2014 – R. J. Waters & Associates, Inc., Southeast Pennsylvania’s premier development, management, leasing and brokerage firm, in conjunction with DSM Commercial Real Estate Services, has leased 2,500 square feet of space in the F&N Shopping Center to Spring Communications Holding, Inc., who will be opening an AT&T store in early 2015.
F&N Shopping Village is located at the intersection of Naamans Road and Foulk Road in Wilmington, Delaware. The 87,530 square foot shopping center is anchored by Acme Food Market and Rite Aid Drugs. Other major tenants include: Sweeney’s Bakery, Nino’s Pizza, Grand East Buffet, GameStop, Mathnasium, F&N Cleaners, Hair Gallerie and F&N Wine and Spirits. Kevin Lahn represented the Landlord in this transaction while AT&T was represented by Andrew White.
