Jos. A. Bank signs a lease for 4,800 square feet in the Longwood Village Shopping Center in Kennett Square, PA.
Kennett Square, PA (Chester County) – March 1, 2012 – R.J. Waters & Associates, Inc., Southeast Pennsylvania’s premier development, management, leasing, and brokerage firm, in conjunction with Stanton Brown of the Michael Salove Company, has leased 4,800 square feet of retail space in the Shoppes at Longwood Village to Jos. A. Bank. Construction on the new store is expected to begin in June with an opening planned for Fall, 2012.
The Shoppes at Longwood Village is located at the intersection of Rt. 1 & Bayard Road in Kennett Square, PA. The 141,940 square foot Shopping Center is anchored by SuperFresh, TJ Maxx, Staples, Famous Footwear, and Starbucks. R.J. Waters & Associates’ Kevin Lahn and Michele Henriques represented the landlord in the transaction.
