Target opens at the Shoppes at Kissel Village in Lititz, PA.
Lititz, PA (Lancaster County) – October 9, 2011 – Target held their grand opening at the Shoppes at Kissel Village in Lititz, PA on October 9, 2011. The 144,645 square foot center was expanded to accommodate a 133,500 square foot Target store and a 6,500 square foot restaurant, bringing the total size of the Center to 284,645 square feet. The opening of Target brings the occupancy level of the Shopping Center to 100%. The 6,500 square foot outpad is available for lease. Target was represented by Steve Niggeman and Mark Gerlach of Metro Commercial Real Estate.
The Shoppes at Kissel Village is home to Giant Food Store, Fashion Bug, CVS Pharmacy, Hallmark, Pet Valu, Schuykill Valley Sports, Radio Shack, Wine & Spirits, Starbucks, Saladworks, and several other retail tenants.
