Doylestown, PA (Bucks County) – August 31, 2010 – R.J. Waters & Associates, Inc., Southeast Pennsylvania’s premier development, management, leasing, and brokerage firm, has closed on a $13 million loan on its’ Cross Keys Place Shopping Center in Doylestown, PA. This permanent loan was funded by PPM/Jackson National Life, and the mortgage broker was Carey, Kramer, Pettit, Panichelli and Associates, Inc.
The Cross Keys Place Shopping Center is located at the intersection of Rt. 313 & 611 in Doylestown, PA. The 206,179 square foot Shopping Center is anchored by Big Kmart, Giant Foods, and CVS.
