Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop signs a new lease for 1,725 square feet in the Longwood Village Shopping Center in Kennett Square, PA.
Kennett Square, PA (Chester County) – July 1, 2010 – R.J. Waters & Associates, Inc., Southeast Pennsylvania’s premier development, management, leasing, and brokerage firm, has leased 1,725 square feet of retail space in the Longwood Village Shopping Center to Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop. Capriotti’s will begin construction in July and expects to open by December 2010.
The Longwood Village Shopping Center is located at the intersection of Rt. 1 & Bayard Road in Kennett Square, PA. The 141,940 square foot Shopping Center is anchored by SuperFresh, TJ Maxx, Staples, Famous Footwear, and Starbucks. R.J. Waters & Associates’ Kevin Lahn and Michele Henriques represented the landlord in the transaction.
