TJ Maxx signs a new lease for 24,200 square feet in the Fairfield Place Shopping Center in Exton, PA.
Exton, PA (Chester County) – August 5, 2011 – R.J. Waters & Associates, Inc., Southeast Pennsylvania’s premier development, management, leasing, and brokerage firm, has leased 24,200 square feet of retail space in the Fairfield Place Shopping Center in Exton, PA. TJ Maxx will be opening in May, 2012.
The Fairfield Place Shopping Center is located at the intersection of Rt. 100 & Swedesford Road in Exton, PA. The 305,422 square foot Shopping Center is anchored by Giant Food, Sports Authority, Staples, Toys R Us, Ross Dress for Less, Men’s Wearhouse, TGI Friday’s and Panera Bread. R.J. Waters & Associates’ Kevin Lahn and Michele Henriques represented the landlord in the transaction. The tenant was represented by Donna Drew of Metro Commercial Real Estate.
