GameStop signs a new lease for 2,000 square feet in the Shoppes at Kissel Village in Lititz, PA.
Lancaster, PA (Lancaster County) – July 29, 2011 – R.J. Waters & Associates, Inc., Southeast Pennsylvania’s premier development, management, leasing, and brokerage firm, has leased 2,000 square feet of retail space in the Shoppes at Kissel Village to GameStop, a video game retailer. GameStop will begin construction in August and expects to open in September 2011.
The Shoppes at Kissel Village is located at the intersection of Rt. 501 & Peters Road in Lititz, PA. The 284,645 square foot Shopping Center is anchored by Target, Giant Food, Fashion Bug, CVS Pharmacy, Hallmark, Pet Valu, Schulykill Valley Sports, Radio Shack, Wine & Spirits, Starbucks, Saladworks, Go Wireless, and several other retail tenants. R.J. Waters & Associates’ Kevin Lahn and Joe Waters represented the landlord in the transaction.
