Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza signs a new lease for 3,400 square feet in the Fairfield Place Shopping Center in Exton, Pennsylvania.
Exton, PA (Chester County) – March 28, 2013 – R. J. Waters & Associates, Inc., Southeast Pennsylvania’s premier development, management, leasing and brokerage firm, in conjunction with Douglas Green of Michael Salove Company, has leased 3,400 square feet of retail space in the Fairfield Place Shopping Center to Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza. The fast-growing company, which is based in South Florida, has 37 locations in Florida, Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York and Connecticut. Anthony’s is expected to open its Exton location this Fall.
Fairfield Place is located at the intersection of Route 100 and Swedesford Road, across from the Exton Square Mall, in Exton, Pennsylvania. The 307,000 square foot Shopping Center, which is currently under a major renovation, is anchored by: T.J. Maxx, Toys R Us, Staples, Sports Authority, Ross Dress For Less, Giant Food, Men’s Wearhouse, Rack Room Shoes, Dress Barn, TGI Friday, Panera Bread and Fulton Bank. Kevin Lahn represented the Landlord in this transaction while Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza was represented by Douglas Green.
