Chick-Fil-A signs a lease for 4,926 square feet in the Shoppes at Belmont in Lancaster, PA

Lancaster, PA, (Lancaster County, PA –May 17, 2016 –Waters Retail Group (Kennett Square, PA), Southeast Pennsylvania’s premier development, management, leasing, and brokerage firm, has leased 4,926 square feet of space to-be-built in the Shoppes at Belmont to Chick-Fil-A. The 4,926-square-foot restaurant is scheduled to open in spring 2018.

The Shoppes at Belmont will be conveniently located at the southeast corner of U.S. Route 30 and Fruitville Pike. Chick-Fil-A will join Whole Foods, Target, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Michaels Arts & Crafts, Nordstrom Rack, and Ulta Beauty.

About Shoppes at Belmont

Ground broke for the 372,100 square foot Shoppes at Belmont in fall 2016 with a grand opening projected for spring 2018. The Center is part of a mixed-use development that will also include 87 single family and townhouse units. Belmont will include Nordstrom Rack, Whole Foods, Target, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Michaels, and Ulta Beauty. A prominent portion of the development will feature a “Main Street” with smaller stores, restaurants and cafe’s overlooking a decorative fountain and small park area. Numerous sidewalks and walking and bicycle paths will be provided for the nearby residents and customers. The project is being developed by Manbel Devco I, Limited Partnership and leased and managed by Waters Retail Group.
