Opening in the Spring of 2018, the Shoppes at Belmont is a mixed-use development featuring retail shops, restaurants, and residential housing. The Shoppes at Belmont will total 365,000 square feet with approximately 30 retail stores and restaurants. Target, Whole Foods, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Nordstrom Rack, and Michaels will anchor the shopping center. Joining them in the main street include Ulta Beauty, Rack Room Shoes, Lane Bryant, Carter’s, OshKosh B’gosh, Hallmark, and Finch Jewelers. Restaurants will also be an integral part of the development, with P.F. Chang’s, Chick-fil-A, MOD Pizza, Zoe’s Kitchen, Starbucks, and Moe’s Southwest Grill all set to open.
